A REVIEW OF YOUR BUSINESS

You will be assigned a dedicated business adviser who has real business experience and expertise in all areas of developing a business. Their first task will be to understand your business, the challenges you face, along with your future plans and aspirations. As a result of this analysis they will produce a confidential written report for you, and recommend a course of action designed to help you achieve your business objectives. This service is appropriate for both new and established businesses and will involve you spending two hours with the business adviser.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

Our workshop programme is developed based on the feedback from our clients. Areas covered include sales and marketing, financial planning, e-commerce and legislation. ONE OFF HELP OR ON-GOING SUPPORT

Some clients only require one off support and others may want advice and support on an on-going basis. Our flexible service provides you with free fact sheets on your business sector or on general business matters.
